The Root Chakra is the first Chakra of the seven main chakras of the body.
Each Chakra governs certain parts of our health and well being. The Root Chakra is located in our lower body, around hte tailbone area. Its the Chakra that keeps us grounded, connected to people, society, in control of our emotions, helps us feel safe, secure and happy in all aspects of our life. It is the root to our overall health and mental wellbeing.
