Chakra healing and balancing is a form of energy healing that channels energy into the 7 chakras of the body.

Each Chakra relates to a certain part of the body. When a chakra is blocked you may feel ‘off’. This could be a physical symptom such as a sore throat , tired or backache or it could be emotional, mindful or even spiritual.

1. Root Chakra – Sits at the base of your spine or tailbone.

Emotional imbalances manifest themselves as feelings affecting the basic survival needs; money, shelter, food and the ability to provide life’s necessities.
