At Kjahli, we take pride in creating and delivering your custom astrology gifts with care. Below you’ll find details on how we ship our products, both digital and physical.
✨ Digital Downloads
- Products: Custom Moon Phases, Birth Charts, and Sky Charts (digital version).
- Delivery Method: Sent directly to the email address provided at checkout.
- Processing Time: Within 72 hours of purchase.
- You’ll receive a high-resolution file ready for printing at home or with your local print shop.
🖼 Printed & Framed Products
- Products: Printed Posters, Framed Prints, and other physical items.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 4 business days.
- Shipping Locations:
- Most items are shipped from locations around Australia.
- At times, your order may be shipped from our UK partner facility depending on stock levels.
- Delivery Timeframe: Shipping times remain the same whether your order is dispatched from Australia or the UK.
💍 Custom Necklaces
- Products: Personalised astrology and moon phase necklaces.
- Processing & Delivery Time: As each necklace is handmade to order, please allow up to 21 days for creation, shipping, and delivery.
- Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.
🕯 Custom Candles
- Products: Personalised astrology and moon phase candles.
- Processing: Each candle is hand-poured and finished with a custom label created just for you.
- Shipping Location: Candles are shipped from our USA workshop once your label has been completed.
- Estimated Delivery: Please allow for creation time plus standard USA shipping times. Tracking will be provided upon dispatch.
📦All Other Products
- All other products are sent directly from warehouses in Australia and worldwide.
🌏 Estimated Delivery
- Australia: 3–7 business days after dispatch (excluding necklace/candle creation time).
- International: 7–14 business days after dispatch (may vary by region).
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.
💲 Shipping Costs
- Australia: Flat rate of $15 AUD, regardless of product type or origin.
- International: Flat rate of $69.95 AUD.
