Our hand made, custom and personalised products are shipped from our home address via Australia Post or Sendle. Items are generally sent within 7 days of ordering with most being sent within 48 hours.

Both Australia Post and sendle take 2-8 days for regular post Australia wide. If you order express post it takes 2-3 days to be delivered.

Anything ordered from our Kjahli Direct section can take up to 30 days to be processed and delivered. Most of the time it takes 10-14 days. If you order express shipping on these products they will be delivered in 7-14 days.

Should you not receive an order in die time and are unable to track with the tracking link we send you please contact us and we will look into it for you.
